Complaints and Appeals Policy
IJCSR is committed to fair and transparent editorial decisions. We welcome appeals from authors who believe their manuscript was rejected in error.
Filing an Appeal:
- Appeals must be submitted in writing to the Editor-in-Chief (EIC) within [Number] days of the rejection notification.
- Appeals should clearly state the reasons for the appeal and provide any new evidence to support the manuscript's publication.
Review of Appeals:
- The EIC will review the appeal and rejection decision.
- The EIC may consult with the original reviewers for further clarification.
Possible Outcomes:
- The original rejection decision may be upheld.
- The manuscript may be reconsidered for publication with revisions.
- The manuscript may be assigned to new reviewers for additional evaluation.
Please Note:
- Appeals based solely on disagreement with reviewer comments will not be considered.
- Frivolous or abusive appeals may delay the review process for other manuscripts.
We encourage authors to carefully review our Author Guidelines before submitting a manuscript.
