Manuscript Guidelines
IJCSR is a peer-reviewed open-access journal that publishes high-quality, original research findings in all areas of computer science. These include, but are not limited to, analytical and computational methods, mathematical and statistical engineering, and emerging technologies.
We encourage researchers to submit their manuscripts electronically following these guidelines to ensure a smooth and efficient review process.
General Information
- Originality: Manuscripts submitted to IJCSR must be original and not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
- Copyright: By submitting a manuscript, authors agree to transfer the copyright to IJCSR upon acceptance for publication.
- Ethical Considerations: Authors are responsible for ensuring their research adheres to ethical research standards.
Manuscript Preparation
- File Format: Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.docx) or OpenOffice (.odt) format.
- Font and Size: Use Times New Roman, font size 10 points.
- Line Spacing: Double line spacing throughout the manuscript.
- Margins: Set margins to 1 inch on all sides.
- Paper Size: Use Letter size (8.5 x 11 inches).
- File Size: Limit file size to a maximum of 10 MB.
Manuscript Structure
- Title Page: Include the manuscript title, author names and affiliations (including corresponding author with email address).
- Abstract: Provide a concise and informative abstract (maximum 250 words) that summarizes the research objective, methodology, key findings, and conclusions.
- Keywords: Include 4-6 keywords relevant to your research area.
- Introduction: Briefly introduce the research topic, relevant background information, and the research question or hypothesis.
- Literature Review: Critically analyze existing literature on the topic, highlighting the gap your research addresses.
- Methodology: Describe the research methods used, including data collection, analysis techniques, and any relevant ethical considerations.
- Results: Present your findings clearly and concisely using tables, figures, and graphs where appropriate.
- Discussion: Interpret your results, discuss their significance in the context of existing literature, and address any limitations of the study.
- Conclusion: Summarize the main findings, highlight their implications, and suggest future research directions.
- Acknowledgments: Acknowledge any funding sources, collaborators, or individuals who contributed to the research.
- References: Use a consistent referencing style (e.g., APA, IEEE). List all references cited in the manuscript alphabetically.
Figures and Tables
- Include captions and labels for all figures and tables.
- Ensure figures and tables are clear, high-resolution, and placed within the text at the appropriate point.
- Number figures and tables consecutively.
Double-Blind Review
IJCSR employs a double-blind review process. To ensure anonymity, authors should:
- Remove any identifying information from the manuscript itself.
- Submit a separate title page that includes author names, affiliations, and contact details.
