Open Access (OA) Policy
The International Journal of Computer Science Research (IJCSR) is committed to the principle of Open Access (OA) publication. We believe that research findings should be freely and universally accessible to stimulate scientific progress and knowledge sharing. This policy outlines the guidelines for authors publishing in IJCSR under the Open Access model.
- Open Access Definition
IJCSR adheres to the Gold Open Access model. This means all published articles are immediately available online without any access restrictions. Users can read, download, copy, distribute, and adapt the content freely, as long as proper attribution is given (refer to section 3).
- Copyright and Licensing
IJCSR utilizes the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) 4.0 International License for all published articles. This license allows for the widest dissemination of research while ensuring proper credit to authors. Under CC BY 4.0, users can:
- Share and adapt the material in any medium or format.
- Apply the terms to derivative works.
The only requirement is to give appropriate credit (mentioning author names and IJCSR as the original publication source), and indicate if changes were made.
- Author Rights
Authors publishing in IJCSR retain the copyright to their work. By submitting their manuscript, authors grant IJCSR the right to publish the article under the CC BY 4.0 license. This ensures broad dissemination while safeguarding authors' ownership.
- Author Self-Archiving
Authors are encouraged to deposit their articles in their institutional repositories or on personal websites after publication in IJCSR. This further promotes discoverability and accessibility of research.
