  • Duplicate Payment: If an author accidentally submits duplicate payments for the same article, a full refund will be processed for one of the transactions.
  • Editorial Rejection Due to IJCSR Error: A full refund will be granted if a manuscript is rejected due to a demonstrable error on the part of IJCSR, such as editorial oversight during the initial screening process.
  • Significant Delays in Publication: In the rare instance where IJCSR experiences unforeseen delays in publication that significantly exceed the communicated timeline (to be defined on the website), the author may be eligible for a partial refund. The amount refunded will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
  1. Non-Refundable Fees
  • Withdrawal After Acceptance letter issued: No refunds will be granted for manuscripts withdrawn after the peer-review process has completed or acceptance letter issued for inclusion in publication or copyright received . 
  • Author-Initiated Errors: No refunds will be granted for manuscripts rejected due to errors or shortcomings identified by reviewers that are deemed the author's responsibility. This may include issues related to formatting, grammar, plagiarism, or the overall quality of the research presented.

  • To request a refund, authors must submit a written request to the IJCSR editorial team via email, clearly stating the reason for the request and any relevant details.
  • The IJCSR editorial team will review the request and respond within a specified timeframe (to be defined on the website).
  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within a specified timeframe (to be defined on the website).

  • Allow 10-15 business days for processing refund requests. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during submission.
