- Guest Editor(s) Information: Full name, affiliation, contact information, and a brief biography (maximum 200 words) for each guest editor, highlighting their expertise in the proposed topic area.
- Topic Description (2-3 pages): A clear and comprehensive description of the proposed Special Issue theme. This section should:

Proposal Submission and Review Process
