Payment refund policy

There are no refunds or cancellation of debts if the author withdraws his or her paper from consideration; or if he or she declines to revise and resubmit.

If the paper does not reach the reviewing stage, the reviewing debt will be canceled and the author(s) peer reviewing obligations will be waived.

Refunds for manuscript which have been published is not possible due to the nature of the product purchase.

For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, you will receive a refund in to your same bank account from which you have paid, it will be credited within 7-10 working days after once your order has been cancelled.

Article replacement policy

If an article contains information which will pose a health risk, the author may retract the original article and replace it with the new one. In this case, the article retraction process will be followed and the retraction note will contain the new link of the new article.
