Shipping policy

     We strive to deliver products (i.e. published articles, certificates, books, thesis , chapters, Library volume of journals and conference proceedings ) purchased from FOREX Publication in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.

     If the order is lost for any reason before arriving at your preferred location, we will refund the entire order amount, including the shipping charge, after departmental inquiry.

     If the order is cancelled before arriving at your preferred location, we will refund the entire order amount, removing any shipping charges and 10% penalty fees (of the total order amount).

     If the order is rejected or cancelled at your preferred location, we will not refund the full order amount including any shipping charges nor will we be obliged to ship it again

     The large majority of our orders are shipped within 4-5 working days of the order, and delivered in 7-10 days from shipping. We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item.

     Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
