Open Access Policy

Open Access Information and Policy

All articles published by FOREX Publication are made immediately available worldwide under a open access license. This means:

  • The author(s) and The copyright holder(s) grant to all users a free, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right of access and a license to copy, use, distribute, transmit and display the work publicly and to make and distribute derivative works in any digital medium for any responsible purpose, subject to proper attribution of authorship, as well as the right to make small number of printed copies for their personal use.
  • A complete version of the work and all supplemental materials, including a copy of the permission as stated above, in a suitable standard electronic format is deposited immediately upon initial publication in at least one online repository that is supported by an academic institution, scholarly society, government agency, or other well-established organization that seeks to enable Open Access, unrestricted distribution, interoperability, and long-term archiving (for the clinical/pharmaceutical/biomedical sciences, PubMed Central is such a repository).
  • Open access publication is supported by the authors' institutes or research funding agencies by payment of a comparatively low Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted articles.
  • The copyright of the published work is retained by the authors.
  • Community standards, rather than copyright law, will continue to provide the mechanism for enforcement of proper attribution and responsible use of the published work.

  • Permissions

    No special permission is required to reuse all or part of article published by FOREX Publication, including figures and tables. For articles published under an open access Creative Common CC BY license, any part of the article may be reused without permission provided that the original article is clearly cited. Reuse of an article does not imply endorsement by the authors or FOREX Publication.


    Definition of Open Access Publication from Bethesda Statement on Open Access Publishing: An Open Access Publication is one that meets the following two conditions:

    1. The author(s) and copyright holder(s) grant(s) to all users a free, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right of access to, and a license to copy, use, distribute, transmit and display the work publicly and to make and distribute derivative works, in any digital medium for any responsible purpose, subject to proper attribution of authorship [2], as well as the right to make small numbers of printed copies for their personal use.

    2. A complete version of the work and all supplemental materials, including a copy of the permission as stated above, in a suitable standard electronic format is deposited immediately upon initial publication in at least one online repository that is supported by an academic institution, scholarly society, government agency, or other well-established organization that seeks to enable open access, unrestricted distribution, interoperability, and long-term archiving (for the biomedical sciences, PubMed Central is such a repository).

    Open access publishing is a publication model in which users (readers, libraries, institutions and organisations) are not charged for accessing the articles or other resources published by individual journals or journal publishers. Users are free to read, download, print, copy, re-distribute, search or link to the full texts of these articles.
